During these years, there were 17 years in USA, overlapped with 10 years in Palestine, and United Arab Emirates. He also conducts consults online.

Dr. Hammad moved to Stony Brook, New York where he did his combined residency training at the State University of New York (SUNY) in Internal Medicine and Neurology in 2004.
